Nolan hits route 66 in Arkansas
Keith Nolan is just four shots off the lead thanks to a second round 66 in the Nationwide Tour's Fort Smith Classic in Arkansas.
The former Walker Cup star had five birdies and just one bogey on his card to move into a share of 12th place on six under par at Hardscrabble Country Club.
Coming off a run of three missed cuts in a row, Nolan birdied the first and bogeyed the second before catching fire.
After a birdie at the par-five sixth, he made twos at the par-three eighth, 15th and 17th to move into contention for his maiden Nationwide Tour victory.
Americans Darron Stiles and Rich Morris blasted seven-under par 63s to lead by a shot on 10-under from Matt Weibring.
