The former Irish Close and South of Ireland champion closed with a four under par 68 - the only sub-par score of the final day - to finish on five under par 211.

Holywood’s Tony McClements (73) and overnight leader Eddie McCormack (75) of Galway finished on 212.

McCormack held a two stroke lead over McClements on seven under par with a round to play but closed with a three over 75.
