Williams wins South East Alliance at West Waterford

Dungarvan five-handicapper Donal Williams won the captain TW Murphy's prize in the South East Alliance outing at West Waterford on Sunday.

His 70 was three better than club mate John Reynolds while Munster interprovincial Alan Thomas took the gross by two strokes from Kilkenny's Eddie Power with a 72. 

Castlecomer's Victor Smyth was the Golfer of the Year.
