Leinster and Ulster will fight it out for the Women's Interprovincial crown on Thursday after cruising to clearcut wins on day two at Tramore.

Ulster beat underdogs Connacht 8-1, winning all three foursomes inside the distance before Clodagh Hopkins prevented a whitewash with a 2 and 1 victory over Victoria Bradshaw in the singles.

Leinster led Munster 2-1 after the foursomes and closed out a 6-3 win thanks to singles victories for Amy Farrell, Mary Carroll and Ariana Doyle and halves for Maria Dunne against Emma O’Driscoll and Deirdre Smith against Jean O’Driscoll.
