Niall Kearney and Alan Dunbar made the cut in the Belgian Challenge Open, Stephen Grant was sixth on the Europro Tour while Brian Casey is just two shots off the pace on the Alps Tour in France. Scoring

Kearney added a two under 69 to his opening 71 to make the cut on two under at Cleydael Golf and Country Club with Dunbar one under after rounds of 69 and 72.

England's Jason Palmer, who won three times on the Alps Tour last year, fired a 63 to lead on 13 under par, two shots ahead of Mexican Rodolfo Cazaubon and three clear of Frenchman Joël Stalter and Germany’s Florian Fritsch.

As for the Alps Tour, to which the Challenge Tour awards spots to the leading five money winners at the end of the season, Headfort's Casey added a 73 to his opening 65 to go into the final round just two stroke behind leader Xavier Poncelet of France on four under par.

On the Europro Tour, former footballer Grant from The Heritage closed with a two under 69 to share sixth place on 10 under in the HotelPlanner.com Championship at Cumberwell Park Golf Club on 10 under par, three strokes behind winner Stiggy Hodgson. Scores
