Robin Dawson completed a dream week that saw him lift the Home Internationals on his senior debut for Ireland when he helped Tramore win the Munster AIG Senior Cup title at Shannon.

A dual member of Tramore and Faithlegg, the 18-year old beat Tim O'Mahony 2/1 at Tramore beat Doneraile 3.5-1.5 in the semi-finals and then defeated Sean Poucher by two holes as the Waterford club beat Limerick 3-2 in the decider.

Tramore now advance to the National Cup and Shields Finals at Carton House from 17-20 September where they will be joined by Ulster champions Banbridge, who beat Rosapenna 4-1 in the Ulster final at Royal Portrush on Sunday, and Connacht champions County Sligo with the Leinster final set for next weekend at Mount Juliet.

On Saturday, Muskerry beat Dungarvan by two holes to win the Munster title in the AIG Barton Shield while in the Junior Cup, Castletroy beat West Waterford 3-2 in the Munster final.

The draw for Monday's Irish Junior Foursomes semi-finals at Castlewarden has also been released. (See below).
