Washout at The K Club - ProAm rescheduled for today
The opening round of The K Club Newstalk Irish PGA Pro Am in Association with Newbridge Silverware was washed out by Monday's heavy overnight rain
With the Smurfit course deemed unplayable, a nine-hole team event was arranged for the Palmer Course with Mark O'Sullivan (Piltown Driving Range) guiding his amateur partners to victory with 47 points.
PGA officials have reorganised the schedule for Wednesday with an 18-hole professional strokeplay and team event taking place on the Palmer Course.
There will be two playing sessions, 9.30am and 2.30am with a shot-gun start in operation.
