Power cut in Raleigh; McGovern fourth in Senior PGA Championship
Seamus Power returned to earth with a bump following his maiden Web.com Tour victory when he missed the cut in the Rex Hospital Open in North Carolina.
The 29-year old shot rounds of 73 and 72 at TPC Wakefield Plantation in Raleigh to finish three shots outside the cut mark on three over.
JJ Spaun (63-70) and Brady Schnell (66-67) lead by one on nine under. Scores
McGovern fourth in Senior PGA
PGA Irish Region — Headfort's Brendan McGovern closed with a two ocer 75 onthe Bernard Hunt Course at Foxhills to tied for fourth in the Silversea Senior PGA Professional Championship.
McGovern finish on four over par, five shots behind Robert Arnott, who shot 76 to win by two shots on one under from Carnoustie's Fraser Mann.
