Tipperary's Slievenamon denied Greystones a second national title in the space of a week when they beat the Wicklow club 3.5 - 1.5 in the GUI All-Ireland Four-Ball Inter-Club Championship final at Castlebar.

Greystones made club history earlier this month when they lifted their first green pennant in the Irish Mixed Foursomes final at Shandon Park, but having seen off Carrick-on-Shannon 3-2 in Saturday's semi-finals the Leinster side fell at the final hurdle.
