Adare, Ardglass, Old Head and Bushmills Inn win IAGTO Awards

Adare Manor, the Old Head, Ardglass and the Bushmills Inn were the big Irish winners in the 2020 IAGTO Awards.
Adare was named Golf Resort of the Year for Europe, the Middle East and Africa as well as Ireland’s best golf hotel while the Old Head of Kinsale was considered Ireland’s best golf experience.

The awards were presented at the end of the International Golf Travel Market in Marrakech with Ardglass Golf Club considered Northern Ireland’s best golf experience and the Bushmills Inn the best golf hotel.
The Golf Resort awards are voted for by IAGTO’s specialist golf tour operator members that now number over 700 from 63 countries.
Taken into consideration during voting are customer satisfaction; quality of golf courses and accommodation; value for money; support from suppliers, tourist boards and airlines; professional conduct of suppliers; and accessibility to tee times.
Following the win, Adare Manor CEO, Colm Hannon, commented: “It’s an honour to be recognised by IAGTO and golf tour operators globally.
