The par-five 18th at Seapoint Golf Links

Dundalk golfer Mark Gorham overcame cold conditions to win the second Hilary Golf Society outing of the season at Seapoint.

The three handicapper carded level par 72 to beat the in-form Kevin Knightly from Royal Dublin by virtue of a superior back nine. 

The gross prize was won by The Island’s Fergal Kennedy with a score of 75.

The winning team score of 65 was recorded by Alan Doherty (Corrstown), Alan Dowling (Hermitage) and Paul Reilly (Co. Louth).
