McElroy triumphs in Team Ireland test at Portmarnock
Dermot McElroy shot rounds of 69 and 71 to win Tuesday’s Team Ireland Golf event at Portmarnock.
The Ballymena man won by two strokes on four-under-par from Paul McBride (67-75) and Ruaidhri McGee (73-69) with Ronan Mullarney (72-71) fourth on one-under.
