Laura Webb wins Spanish International Senior Ladies Amateur

Laura Webb celebrates with the Spanish International Senior Ladies Amateur Championship

Ireland's Laura Webb closed with a seven-over 79 to win the Spanish International Senior Ladies Amateur Championship by four strokes in Seville.

The Cairndhu international, a two-time winner of the Women's Senior Open Championship who now plays out of East Berkshire, won by four strokes from England's Jackie Foster, who shot 76, on 19-over 235 at Real Club Sevilla Golf.

Spain's María Castillo tied for third with French duo Christine Petit and Nathalie Lamboult a shot further back on 24-over 240.

Portumna's Suzanne Corcoran was the next best of the Irish in 20th on 250 after a 79.

Katie Evans tied 30th on 253 after an 84 with Mary MacLaren joint 58th on 264 after an 87.
