Coughlan out of Q-School

Claire Coughlan crashed out of the Ladies European Tour Q-School in Italy after two late bogeys.

The Cork ace, who was the joint winner last year, missed the 54-hole cut by a shot at La Fonti after a third successive 73 left her on three over.

Martina Gillen is tied for tenth after a one under par 71 left her five shots off the pace on six under but Hazel Kavanagh (75) missed out by five shots.

The top 30 after four rounds are guaranteed full playing rights next season.
