Sean McTernan and Chris Devlin are tied for 25th after the second round of the First Tee-Inverrary Country Club Open on the NGA Hooters Tour.

But Cork's Niall Turner missed the cut at historic Inverrary Country Club In Lauderhill, Florida.

Sligo man McTernan carded a level par 72 thanks to a birdie at his final hole with Ulsterman Devlin joining him on one-under par after a fine 69.

Alabama resident Devlin went to the turn in one-over par but scorched home in 32 thanks to birdies at the 10th, 11th, 13th and 15th.

Rookie Turner missed the cut by two strokes after a 73 left him on three-over par.

Inverrary hosted 12 PGA Tour events from 1972 to 1983.

Jack Nicklaus won Jackie Gleason's Inverrary Classic in 1977 and 1978 as well as the 1976 TPC.
