McGinley's club hire business to hit Dublin airport on April 1
Finally some good news for Ireland-bound golfers who are fed up paying airlines a fortune to transport their clubs. Ryder Cup hero Paul McGinley has announced that the latest ClubstoHire.com store will open at Dublin airport on April 1.
McGinley, who is a partner in the company, said: “Ireland is a Mecca for golf visitors from across the globe who visit our shores to play some of the world’s finest courses.
“Airline charges for golf bags – particularly from the UK and other short-haul destinations – have become ridiculously expensive with up to €90 payable for a single set of clubs.

The ClubstoHire.com model is already in place in European golfing hotspots, such as Faro and Malaga, and is on course to be established in several more European golf destination hubs by the end of 2011.
