Power six clear with a round to go at Web.com Q-School

West Waterford's Seamus Power fired six birdies in an immaculate six under par 65 to take an impressive six-stroke lead into the final round of his Second Stage qualifier at the Web.com Q-School in Florida.

The former Irish international, now based in the US where he was the leading money winner on the eGolf mini tour this season, leads on 12 under par at Plantation Preserve Golf Course & Club where the top 18 and ties will qualify for next month's Q-School Final Stage at PGA National in Pam Beach Gardens.

Making it to the final stage will guarantee Power conditional status, at the very least, on the Web.com Tour next season and the chance to graduate to the PGA Tour.
