Rafferty chasing Tinning in PGA Seniors

Ronan Rafferty trails Steen Tinning by just five shots with a round to play in the ISPS Handa PGA Seniors Championship at stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa.
Despite a bogey at the last, the former European No 1 fired a three under 68 to share eighth place on five under as Norwegian Tinning also shot 68 to move to ten under for the week – two strokes clear of Mark James.
Des Smyth's 71 left him nine off the pace as he came home in a disappointing 39 to slip to tied 24th on one under.
Philip Walton is 10 behind Tinning ager 69 with Denis O'Sullivan tied 39th on two over after a 72.
