New Volkswagen Golf for Stackstown ace John O'Neill

Making a hole-in-one requires as much luck as skill but Stackstown's John O’Neill had a double dose of fortune when he won a car in the Golfsure Hole In One draw.

Twenty handicapper John was frustrated he didn't enter the twos last September when he holed a four-wood at the 175-yard 17th to rack up five stableford points and 36 in all.
But as he holds Golfsure Personal Insurance with AIG. he was entered in the annual draws and won a brand new Volkswagen Golf.
Second prize was won by Eamon Hudson, President of Lucan Golf Club, who receives a holiday voucher for €5,000.
The club draw went the way of Clontarf Golf Club, who won €10,000.
