Meadow tied 10th at halfway in Abu Dhabi
Stephanie Meadow is six shots off the lead in the inaugural Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Open in Abu Dhabi.
Playing on a sponsor’s invitation, the US based Jordanstown native added a four under 68 to her opening 69 to share 10th place on seven under par and boost her confidence before she tries to improve her LPGA Tour status at Stage III of the Q-School later this month.

The 24-year-old from Reykjavik refused to crack under pressure, backing up her opening round of 65 to lead on 13 under ahead of four other players.
England’s Georgia Hall (below) had a women’s course record of eight under-par 64 to share second with compatriot Holly Clyburn (66), Gwladys Nocera of France (66) and Beth Allen of the United States (68) on 10 under par.
