Schools Cups: St Ronan's Lurgan and Rathmore Grammar complete Ulster double
Lurgan's St. Ronan’s College took the Irish Schools Senior Cup as Belfast's Rathmore Grammar won the Irish Junior Cup at Milltown on Monday.
As team mate Eadaoin Ward totally 18 points, Lurgan stars Niamh McSherry and Annabel Wilson returned 33 and 34 gross points respectively which helped St Ronan'sromp to a 17-point victory over Ursuline College, Sligo in the Senior Cup.
Rathmore Grammar Belfast, represented by Ciara Brennan and Olivia McCrystal, took home the Junior Cup with a seven-point win over Gorey Community School. The pair shot 23 and 14 gross points respectively.
