Lost weekend for Moynihan
Gavin Moynihan put a disappointing weekend in Turkey behind him and looked ahead to next week's Montecchia Open by Lyoness and a trip home for the Irish Open.
His hopes of a big cheque in the Turkish Airlines Open evaporated with a four over 76 in the third round on Saturday
The talented man from The Island then closed with a 72 on Sunday to end the week on one over par.
He went into the final round 17 shots behind Frenchman Clément Sordet, who shot a season-best 65 to take a two shot lead into the final day at Gloria Golf Club in Belek.
Not the weekend I was looking for. Tough 4 days on the greens. Move on and learn from it. Italy and Irish Open next two weeks.

The 23 year old. winner of last year's Northern Ireland Challenge, went into the day two shots behind compatriot and overnight leader Matthieu Pavon but wasted no time making his move as he eagled the first hole to draw level.
He added four birdies on the front nine before making two more after the turn for a score of seven under par and an overall 17 under par total after three rounds.
Road to Oman Rankings leader Sebastian Soderberg, who is chasing his second title of the season after winning the Barclays Kenya Open in March, trails Sordet by two shots, carding a third round 67 for a 15 under par total.
Two shots further back are Englishman Aaron Rai, Frenchman Pavon and Jens Mantorp, who hit a hole-in-one on the 177 par three 15th.
