Rosslare's Gary Collins added a 73 on the Dunluce to his 69 at Portstewart to lead the qualifiers for the North of Ireland Championship.
He finished one clear of Portmarnock's Conor Purcell and Kurgan's David Sutton on two under par as the cut fell at seven over 151.
