Sheehan and O'Connor lead Connacht Mid-Am

Ballybunion's Peter Sheehan and Athlone's Thomas O'Connor have a one-stroke lead entering today's final round of the Connacht Mid-Am at Oughterard.
Sheehan, who recently won the Ballybunion Senior Scratch Cup, shot rounds of 71 and 73 as O'Connor went 70-74 to leave them a shot clear of Slievenamon's Jamie Kiely on level par.
Oughterard's Liam O'Reilly is four off the pace in a share of fourth with Portumna's James McLoughlin.
