Brazill bests Foley as five Irish make last 32 in South African Amateur Championship matchplay
Naas’ Robert Brazill won the first three holes en route to a 2&1 win over Royal Dublin’s Hugh Foley as the other four Irish qualifiers all made it safely through to the last 32 of the South African Amateur Championship at Mount Edgecombe.

Gough wins Lytham Trophy as Moran, McClean and Murphy finish in top 10
Castle's Robert Moran was hoping to become the first Irish winner since Paul Cutler in 2010 but a poor start to his third round proved crucial as he finished four shots behind England’s John Gough in the Lytham Trophy at Royal Lytham and St Annes.
