Tralee Golf Club will host the Kerry Scratch Cup from June 18-19

Tralee Golf Club has announced that the prestigious 54-hole Kerry Scratch Cup will be played from June 18-19 with an increased prize fund of €2,250.

The overall winner will receive a €700 voucher and the honour of having their name added to the cup, which was first presented 112 years ago.

This year's event, will again carry World Amateur Golf Ranking points and Munster ranking points. 

Entry opens on Friday, 6 May and is limited to 81 competitors.

In the event of applications exceeding the number of places, entry will be based on lowest exact handicap received.  The entry fee is €60 including lunch between rounds.
