Power brothers help Scoil na mBraithre, Kilkenny to Leinster Schools title

It's been a busy recent period for Kilkenny's Power clan. 

Just a fortnight after winning the Peter McEvoy Trophy at Copt Heath, Mark Power joined his older brother Kevin in the Scoil na mBraithre, Kilkenny team for the semi-finals of the Irish Schools Senior Cup in Athlone.

They fell 3-2 to eventual runners-up Mallow but they were on the winning side at Craddockstown on Thursday when they beat Donabate Community College _ a team featuring top Leinster player Kevin Le Blanc — in the final of the Leinster Inter Schools Golf League Matchplay Championship.

Donabate Community School bt St. Vincent's College, Castleknock in their semi-final with Scoil na mBraithre seeing off Newbridge College.
