Ireland's Laura Webb sets pace in Spanish International Senior Ladies
Ireland’s Laura Webb has a two stroke lead heading into today’s final round of the Spanish Senior Ladies International Amateur Championship at Real Club Sevilla Golf in Seville.
The East Berkshire player took the lead after an opening 75 and while she followed up with a nine-over 81, she remained in front on 12-over par.
Nathalie Lamboult of France and Spain’s María Castillo share second place on 14-over
Suzanne Corcoran (83-88), Mary MacLaren (88-89) and Kate Evans (86-83) also made the cut
In last week’s Pairs event at the same venue, Alison Taylor and Gertie McMullen tied for fourth, eight shots behind winners Catherine Pons and Sylvie Van Molle on 155
MacLaren and Evans were tied 17th on 163 with Webb and Sheena McElroy 23rd on 165 and Siobhan O’Herlihy and Mary Dowling 29th on 168
